Order Tracking
When your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Pre-Orders
Pre-order items will ship as soon as they become available. Estimated shipping timelines will be noted on the product page.

Shipping Locations
Aura Zen Gardens Inc. currently ships to addresses within the United States only. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or international destinations at this time.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if any item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can resolve the issue quickly.
